 Library Corner—September 28, 2008

            Fall is a good time to pick up some new computer skills.  Try one of the free classes offered to all Bradley County residents with a valid library card.  Call the Reference Desk at 472-2163 today to register for one of the October classes.  All classes are on a first come basis and are limited in size.

            Basic Computer                        10/1 & 10/2                 10am – 12pm

                                                            10/9 & 10/16               6pm – 8pm

            Excel – Intermediate                 10/20, 21, 22 & 23      2pm – 4pm

            Email                                        10/8 & 10/9                 10am – 12pm

Don’t forget the Annual Fall Luncheon will be held Wednesday, October 8 from  10am until 2pm.  The costs is $35 per person and reservations are on a first come basis. Mail your check to FOLA, 795 Church Street, Cleveland, TN 37311.

            The Bookmobile will be making its neighborhood stops this Tuesday, September 30th beginning at 5:00pm. at 15th Street and Aurora and then continue to at Lay Street across from the Girls and Boys Club from 6:00pm until 6:30pm.   It will then continue to Elrod Street until 7:00pm when it will make a community stop in Georgetown at the Georgetown Baptist Church on Hwy 60. It will be in Georgetown until 8:30pm.
